Fratelli Cosulich invests strategically in different areas of shipowning, in partnership with leading high quality Italian and international shipowners, taking long term financial positions

Recently the company has returned to its roots in direct shipowning. Four 6,500 dwt product tankers have been ordered from the Chinese Sopo shipyard at Zhengjiang. The last vessel was delivered in September 2007. The vessels will be used to supply bunkers in Singapore and as small coastal traders of oil and other products. The high capacity heated tankage and very high pumping rates make them especially suitable for servicing the large stems of very heavy bunker oil needed by mega containerships.
